The Wagyu steak is known to be the most prized steak in the world. Wagyu is a special kind of beef, not a special cut of regular beef.
In this episode of #GrillingWithJonas I grilled my first ever Wagyu along with some grass-fed Sirloin steaks we got from the Butcher Box.
The difference was huge! The Wagyu was soooo much better and just exploded in your mouth.
